We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities, in line with the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability (RA 7277, as amended) and international practice.

Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. The website was last tested on October 4, 2026 with automated checks (axe-core) at desktop and mobile sizes, keyboard-only testing and reduced-motion testing.

What we have done

• A “Skip to content” link, visible keyboard focus and full keyboard use of menus, galleries and dialogs
• Text and controls with sufficient colour contrast, and controls at least 24 × 24 pixels
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from screen readers
• Pages that can be zoomed to 200% and reflow on small screens
• Animations that stop or are simplified when your device is set to reduce motion
• Form fields with labels and error messages

Known limitations

• The 360° virtual tours are provided by Kuula and may not be fully accessible; floor plans and photos of the same spaces are available on the page.
• The interactive aerial map works best with a pointer; all villas and their details are also listed in the Villas view, the site plan table and the price tables.
• Generated PDF quotations may not be fully tagged for screen readers; we can send the same information by email on request.
